Venus Accessories offers standard delivery & express delivery. View all of our shipping options and rates for your desired destination. 

Express shipping orders placed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, before 11:00 AM PST will usually arrive within 2-3 business days from the shipped date. ​

Standard delivery usually arrives within 3-5 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays. Orders over $50 receive free shipping.

Once an item is shipped, we are no longer responsible. We do not refund packages lost in transit. We cannot refund or replace stolen or unreceived packages confirmed in transit or delivered.

We offer a refund on any items returned to us within 14 days of the delivery date, excluding any delivery costs.

Our payment provider will use the email address you provided at checkout and email you as soon as your refund has been processed. Refunds will only be processed once an authorized return is approved. After the item is reviewed and inspected, we reserve the right to offer credit. Once a refund is successfully claimed by you, the funds should return to your wallet within the 1-5 business days depending on how congested blockchain is.

To start a return click "My Orders" to select the order that you would like to return. After you’ve selected your order, click "Return" and complete the provided return instructions. Your Order Confirmation email will provide you with an Order Number. The Returns Page will request your Order Number and email address used on the online purchase. Once you enter the site:

 

Select the item(s) you wish to return and select the reason why you are returning the item(s)

• Mail It Back:

  1. Use the Carrier of Your Choice – you will be able to download your return instructions and packing slip to return with the carrier of your choice. Information varies by carrier; you will be responsible of any shipping fees.
  2. Review your Return and make sure the information on the Return Summary is correct then select "Submit."

• Your shipping label and Packing Slip will be emailed to you, or you may download your prepaid shipping label and return instructions once you submit your return.

• Once your package is ready to be mailed, you may drop it off at your nearest FedEx location or with your carrier of choice.

Sale items are not returnable.  They are final sale.
